Bundled items presence check
[RICOH SC-10A internal case study]

We introduced SC-10A to checking for presence of bundled items of an industrial controller preventing the controller shipped out without the bundled items and at the same time logging the data for traceability.

Settings and Devised Points

We check an instruction manual, a cable, a card, etc.

  • Read a barcode on the manual by the serial number input mode (S / N mode)
  • Check for presence of cables and cards by pattern matching

*Warns when the reading is different from the preset value
*A barcode reader is included in SC-10A
