Assembling Wearable sensor [RICOH SC-10A internal case study]
We have introduced SC-10A to the wearable sensor assembly process.It prevented omission of parts that had not been detected by visual check.
Settings and Devised Points
① Select a characteristic point on the cover and set it as the anchor point.
② Check points are set at the four corners of the "O-ring“.
③ Created the cover placement jig to stabilize the check.
